O-Astra ISR was created by our founders with a singular focus in mind: provide ISR support to the United States and its partners to ensure conflict does not extend in, to, or from space. Our team is committed to providing a credible, reliable, and professional ISR for space workforce to the O-Astra ISR customer.

Founder/CEOMitch is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of O-Astra ISR. He is a retired Air Force Chief Master Sergeant and holds a Master of Science of Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University, a Master of Arts in Leadership Studies from the University of Texas at El Paso, and a graduate of the U.S. Army Sergeants Major Academy. Mitch’s intelligence career began in 1996 as a signals analyst and he started supporting space operations in 2007 as an electronic warfare operator. He supported various missions including collection operations, offensive counterspace, space acquisitions, and enlisted force management. Mitch was a key contributor to the stand-up of the United States Space Force.

Chief Operating OfficerJustin is O-Astra ISR’s co-founder and Chief Operating Officer. He is a retired Air Force Master Sergeant with 25 years experience providing ISR support to military operations, 15 of which were directly related to Space operations. Prior to co-founding O-Astra ISR, Justin was the lead intelligence planner for USSPACECOM J7 and a Program Manager providing model and simulation support to USSPACECOM J5 and J8.
